Ο Αλκιβιάδης Τσεμπερλίδης μεγάλωσε μέσα στις κουζίνες από την ηλικία των 14 ετών που βρέθηκε για πρώτη φορά σε επαγγελματική κουζίνα μαγεύτηκε ,αυτό τον έφερε σήμερα στο προσκήνιο της παγκοσμιας γαστρονομιας έχοντας διαγωνιστεί σε πάνω από 30 πανελλήνιους διαγωνισμούς μαγειρικής με 25 χρυσά μετάλλια .εκπροσώπησε την Ελλάδα στο παγκόσμιο κύπελλο μαγειρικής ανάμεσα στους 20 καλυτερους αρχιμαγειρες στον κόσμο .φέτος κατέκτησε τον τίτλο του Greek chef of the year 2019 . Διατέλεσε ως chef σε μεγάλους ομίλους εταιριών ξενοδοχειακών μονάδων και catering σήμερα προετοιμάζει την νέα γενιά των σεφ διδάσκοντας στην σχολή μαγειρικής le monde.
